  • Arrival Quiet/Quarantine Periods

Vaccinated students will not be required to quarantine upon arrival to campus in the fall and spring semesters. Unvaccinated students can coordinate to arrive early to allow time to be fully vaccinated prior to the start of classes. These students must quarantine until they receive the full vaccination doses and have time for them to be effective.

  • Delayed Arrivals

Students who are significantly delayed from arriving on campus for fall coursework due to circumstances beyond their control may have an opportunity to continue their program of study with online coursework. This opportunity applies to EFS and other select programs of study. Students anticipating such a delay should contact their department/program to determine what online options exist for spring semester. Graduate students should contact their Graduate Program Director (GPD).

If students anticipate a significant delay that would require the majority of their semester spent remotely, they should contact for approval before it goes to the academic unit for review.

  • Brown Cross Registration

The opportunity to cross-register with Brown University is available for fall 2021.
